Avantis puts all of Allen and Heaths next-generation technology in a 64 channel / 42 configurable bus console, with dual Full HD touchscreens, a super-flexible workflow with Continuity UI and a rugged full metal chassis.

Our Hire Avantis systems are supplied with a GX4816 Digital stage box.

System Inputs

12 Analogue XLR and 1 stereo AES input on the console, 48 Analogue XLR inputs on the stagebox, giving a total of 62 input channels.

System Outputs

12 Analogue XLR and 2 stereo AES outputs on the console, 16 Analogue XLR outputs on the stagebox, giving a total of 32 output channels

Additional stage boxes can be linked into the system along with Allen and Heaths personnel monitor system.

GX4816 - THE PERFECT PARTNER I/O

48 XLR Input / 16 XLR Output - 96kHz

GX4816 is a 96kHz audio expander that provides high-input-count remote expansion that makes it the ideal I/O expander for Avantis.

Each GX4816 is loaded with 48 dLive mic preamps with independent Phantom Power LED indicators, plus 16 XLR line outputs. Additionally, 2 DX ports are provided for connection to up to 4 DX Expanders for further I/O expansion. Connection to a ME Personal Mixing System is possible via the DX2 socket.
